These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the Seller and the Customer (Buyer) regarding online purchases made through the Seller’s websites: www.pardon-app.com, www.manager.pardonapp.co, and www.order.pardonapp.co. By using the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the sale and delivery of products and services provided by the Seller through the aforementioned websites in accordance with Turkish Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Procedures and Practices for Distance Contracts. Both parties acknowledge and accept these terms by engaging in online transactions.
5.1. Placing an Order
Customers place all orders through the Seller’s websites and designated panels. Orders made via phone or other communication methods are not considered valid. Information entered during the order process will be recorded by the Seller and used for sales activities.

Customers complete payment through the Seller’s affiliated payment providers upon finalizing their orders. Accepted payment methods include:
Orders not paid within 24 hours of placement will be canceled, and the Seller will be released from the obligation to deliver the product or service. The Seller reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or remove payment options at any time.

Services will be provided online through the Customer’s local servers or the Seller’s servers. Shipment of products will be handled by well-known logistics firms within the Republic of Turkey. The Seller may employ its own personnel for product shipments if deemed necessary.
7.1. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product or service without any justification. To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact. The Seller will cover the delivery costs for returns due to withdrawal.
7.2. Withdrawal and Return Process for Electronic Products
For electronic products, the right of withdrawal applies only if the original packaging is undamaged, and all invoices and accessories are included. Products with services installed by the Seller’s technicians cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or installation has been carried out by unauthorized parties.
7.3. Returns Outside the Withdrawal Period
For return requests made between 6 to 14 months after purchase, the product must be sent to an authorized service center and approved for a refund by the service provider.

7.5. Non-Returnable Products/Services
Custom-made products, single-use items, perishable goods, software that can be copied, and services for specific periods are not eligible for return. Additionally, promotional items or other electronic products must be returned in an unused and undamaged state. If these conditions are not met, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer. Services provided will incur fees for the period used, and payments will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.

If the Customer defaults on credit card payments, they will be liable for interest as per the credit card agreement with their bank and responsible to the bank.

By accepting the order Agreement, the Customer consents to receive all future campaigns, discounts, surveys, and notifications via electronic bulletins, emails, phone calls, and SMS from the Seller.
This Agreement begins when the Customer completes an order on the Seller’s website. Incomplete payment does not nullify the terms of this Agreement.
The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read and informed the terms of the contract together with the order agreement and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
